Darrell Booker
Principal and Head Strategist
Seven & Grace
Darrell Booker is Principal and Head Strategist of Seven & Grace, an impact consultancy that designs partnerships at the intersection of corporations, philanthropy, and culture. With more than 30 years in enterprise technology, Darrell has spent much of his career on the corporate side of the table, including leading Microsoft’s $25 million Tech Community Acceleration program, which empowered more than 4,000 nonprofits across 2,100 communities. That vantage point shapes how he helps organizations move beyond sponsorships toward partnerships built on shared value.
Through Seven & Grace and The Twenty Four Foundation, Darrell builds youth pathway programs in STEM and entrepreneurship, including the NASCAR-themed Industry Lab with Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond this summer. A Chesterfield County native and Hampton University alum, he serves on multiple nonprofit boards focused on youth development, mental health, and child welfare.
